The Orbis Christianus Decree: Framework for Every Action
An invasion is underway. It is not only by arms. It is by settlement, by parallel law, by the slow replacement of the Christian character of our lands. The 1991 Explanatory Memorandum of the Muslim Brotherhood in North America named the method: a “Civilization-Jihadist Process” whose aim is “eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.” That plan is still in motion.
Classical Islamic teaching offered non-Muslims in lands under Muslim rule three choices: convert, pay the jizya and live as protected subjects, or leave. The Quran and the historical practice of the conquered territories made that structure clear. We do not invent a new system. We return the same structure under the principle of reciprocity.
The Decree
The Orbis Christianus Decree, issued by the Grand Master, is the framework for every project, every page, and every action of Knights Templar 2.0. It declares the Americas, Europe, and every land that has held a historical Christian majority to be Christian land under reciprocity. Non-Christians who live in those lands are offered the same three options that classical Islam offered others:
1. Convert to Christianity.
2. Remain and pay an annual Temptax of $7,000 per adult (the reciprocal of the jizya).
3. Leave the territory.
Refusal of all three classifies the person as an “Outlaw.” Knights may grant individual exceptions. Enforcement and any “conquest” occur solely through preaching, prayer, public promotion of Christian values, peaceful persuasion, and self-defense against initiated violence. Kindness and love are mandatory.
The Goal
The main goal is simple and reciprocal. Those who choose peace—who convert or who choose to leave—are assisted in returning to lands where their faith is the majority. Those who refuse every option and continue the settlement described in the 1991 memorandum are treated as Invaders under the Decree. We do not initiate conflict. We do not play the state. We preach, we persuade, we build parallel Christian institutions, we redirect our dollars, and we defend ourselves only if attacked. Every project of the Order—economic non-cooperation, parallel institutions, the Prayer Van, field witness, legal resistance, and the ranks themselves—exists to implement this framework within the law.
Standing Limits
These limits bind every member and every action:
• Obey the law. Never initiate conflict. Only react when attacked.
• No forced baptisms. No physical coercion. No destruction of any place of worship. No collective punishment.
• “Outlaw” status is civil language only—loss of protected-resident privileges under the Decree. It is not a license for extra-legal action.
• Knights Templar 2.0 is not a state. Gifts are voluntary. Temptax is not collected by force. Enforcement is speech, prayer, persuasion, charity, and lawful advocacy.
