INVADERS

In this hypothetical scenario, INVADERS are persons who have entered or remain in the territory illegally, and/or who refuse to integrate, and/or who do not respect local laws or the Constitution of the United States through activities that undermine local or federal government.

An individual, business, or supplier is treated as INVADER-affiliated only when there is clear, public evidence that meets one or more of the following:

• Documented illegal presence or support for illegal entry/presence.

• Public refusal to integrate combined with activities that undermine local or federal government.

• Open, documented violations of local or federal law or the Constitution that support the opposing force.

Mere operation of a business, sale of particular foods, residence in a neighborhood, or any characteristic related to religion, ethnicity, or national origin is not sufficient. Identification must rest on concrete, publicly observable indicators of illegal status, refusal to integrate, or law-undermining activity as defined above.
