Every item is printed to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email newtemplarsorder@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages: once an order is handed to the carrier, a lost package is the carrier's responsibility. We do not replace lost packages. Use your tracking link to follow up with the carrier.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
