All territory of the Americas, Europe, and every country that has ever held a historical Christian majority (explicit examples: Egypt, Syria, plus any other that meets the historical criterion) is declared Christian land under the reciprocity principle.
Inhabitants who are not Christian are offered three options, modeled directly on the classical Quranic / historical Islamic recommendations for non-Muslims:
1. Convert to Christianity.
2. Remain and pay an annual Temptax of $7,000 per adult (the reciprocal of jizya).
3. Leave the territory.
Refusal of all three options classifies the person as an “enemy.” Knights may grant individual exceptions at their sole discretion (explicitly including atheists, Buddhists, Hindus, and adherents of any other non-Abrahamic or non-Christian tradition).
Enforcement and “conquest” occur solely through: preaching, prayer, public promotion of Christian values, peaceful persuasion, and self-defense against initiated violence. Kindness and love are mandatory operating principles.

2. Organizational Structure

Grand Master issues the decree and retains final interpretive authority.
Provincial Priors oversee continents / major regions (North America, South America, Europe, Levant/North Africa historical Christian zones, etc.).
Local Commanderies (city- or county-level) handle day-to-day preaching, Temptax administration, and exception decisions.
Knights are volunteers bound by a code that prioritizes persuasion over coercion and explicitly forbids initiation of violence.

3. Phased Implementation

Phase 0 – Preparation (0–6 months)

Publish the decree in multiple languages, citing the reciprocity principle and the historical Christian character of the listed lands.
Train knights in classical Christian apologetics, interfaith dialogue techniques, and non-violent communication.
Establish transparent Temptax collection systems (digital + local offices) with clear accounting and charitable use of proceeds (churches, schools, hospitals, refugee assistance for those who choose to leave).

Phase 1 – Announcement & Invitation (months 6–18)

Mass preaching campaigns: open-air sermons, online content, literature distribution, interfaith debates, and personal invitations—all framed with kindness.
Public prayer vigils for the conversion or peaceful departure of non-Christians.
Clear, repeated communication of the three options and the $7,000 Temptax.
Offer free catechesis classes and baptism preparation for those who choose conversion.

Phase 2 – Administration of the Three Options (ongoing after month 18)

Conversion: immediate full civic equality and cessation of Temptax liability.
Temptax: annual payment grants “protected resident” status; non-payment triggers formal notice and eventual classification as "enemy"
Departure: logistical assistance (travel documents, relocation funds drawn from Temptax revenue) for those who elect to leave.
Exceptions: any knight or local commandery may issue a written waiver; the Grand Master may overrule or expand waivers.

Phase 3 – Defense & Long-term Cultural Promotion

Self-defense only: knights may protect persons and property from initiated violence; no offensive operations.
Continuous promotion of Christian ethical teaching, charity, family formation, education, and cultural heritage.
Annual public accounting of Temptax revenue and its use.
Periodic review of the decree itself under the same spirit of reciprocity and charity.

4. Explicit Limits

No forced baptisms, no physical coercion, no destruction of non-Christian places of worship, no collective punishment.
“Enemy” status produces only civil consequences (loss of protected-resident privileges),
All actions remain subordinate to the stated methods: conversion by persuasion, preaching, prayer, defense against violence, and promotion of Christian values with kindness and love.

5. Symbolic & Administrative Details

Temptax rate fixed at $7,000 USD (or local equivalent) per adult per year; adjustable only by Grand Master decree.
Revenue hypothecated to the Order, Christian institutions and to humanitarian aid for those who depart.
Knights Templar 2.0 insignia and language kept deliberately anachronistic and ceremonial.
