🚧 KT20 Border Defense – Stop the Invasion (Legally)

Illegal border crossing is treated as a minor civil offense in many Christian-majority nations (U.S., U.K., EU).
This weak law allows mass migration, human trafficking, and exploitation of the system with little to no consequences.
KT20 stands for lawful, peaceful, and effective reform to protect our communities.

⚖️ Step 1 – Change the Law

We call for immediate reclassification of illegal entry as a criminal felony, not a civil infraction.
Why it matters:

  • Felony status forces authorities to arrest, prosecute, and remove violators.

  • Creates stronger deterrence against human traffickers and repeat offenders.

How we do it:

  • Organize petitions, letter campaigns, and peaceful rallies.

  • Pressure local and national lawmakers to act.

  • Use online platforms like Change.org for mass signature drives.

🛡️ Step 2 – Enable Lawful Citizen Action

Once reclassified as a felony, citizens in many jurisdictions could legally assist in protecting the border and reporting violations.
KT20 will provide:

  • Border Observation Training – safe and lawful watch methods.

  • Citizen’s Arrest Guidelines – only where legally permitted.

  • Community Coordination – work alongside law enforcement, never in place of them.

👣 Citizen Patrol Basics

Purpose: Observe, record, and report — not confront, harass, or detain unlawfully.
You CAN:

  • Watch and document suspicious activity with your phone.

  • Report directly to Border Patrol, police, or relevant authorities.

  • Patrol public land or private land with owner’s permission.

  • Operate in pairs or groups with visible observer ID.

You CANNOT:

  • Enter restricted zones or trespass.

  • Attempt arrest for civil violations (unless law changes).

  • Brandish or use weapons unlawfully.

✊ Citizen’s Arrest Procedure (Where Legal)

If the law allows and the crime is a felony (e.g., smuggling, violent crime, illegal entry after reclassification):

  1. Witness the Crime Directly

    • You must see the act.

    • Record details: time, location, faces, license plates.

  2. Announce the Arrest

    • Clearly state:
“You are under citizen’s arrest for [crime]. Authorities have been notified.”

  3. Detain Safely

    • Do not use force unless legally allowed and necessary for self-defense.

    • Avoid physical contact unless to prevent escape (where legal).

  4. Call Authorities Immediately

    • Stay on the line until they arrive.

  5. Document Everything

    • Keep video, witness statements, and all evidence.

📣 Step 3 – Make Border Security a Moral Issue
KT20 frames border defense not just as a political issue but as a Christian duty:

  • Protect the innocent from lawlessness.

  • Defend communities from criminal networks.

  • Preserve the nation’s stability and values.

✝️ “Love your neighbor” means defending your neighbor from chaos and harm.
